Stretch is a transitional growth phase that occurs when a cannabis plant shifts from vegetative growth into flowering. During this period, the plant rapidly increases in height as stems elongate and internodal spacing expands. Stretch typically begins soon after the light cycle changes in photoperiod cultivars and may last one to three weeks.
What Causes Stretch During the Flowering Transition?
